We provide fully furnished condos ranging from one bedroom to as large as three bedrooms. You can rely on us to find you a perfect place to call home during your stay in Ocean City. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable beach experience.

Where do I park?We have assigned parking, based on the unit number for which you are staying. Upon check-in, you will be provided a parking pass for that spot, which should be displayed during your entire stay. If you have a 2nd vehicle, you can park that in any of the spots which start with 6 (600, 601, etc.).

What about kayaks?There is a wooden kayak storage unit in the corner of our parking lot, next to the boat launch ramp. Your Timeshare Association pays for 2 of these spots, and are available to our owners during their stay on a first come, first served basis. Please let our Check-in staff know you would like to use these storage areas for your stay, so we can provide you with a tag.

Is there a place to park my boat/trailer?Yes! Please inform our check-in staff about your requirement for boat/trailer parking. They will provide you with two things, a tag for your trailer, which is typically best to be parked along the dog area (grass section beside our dumpster, the parking spots there are 600 spots, and your vehicle can also remain there). Secondly, you'll receive a tag to place on your boat, which can be docked and tied off along the canal which leads to Blu/Embers.

Will there be someone on-site for check-in?Yes! Our check-in office (Unit 505) is open and staffed for check-ins on Friday's from 4:30 pm to 10 pm. If you require a late check-in, you can always call 443-856-4275 to be connected to our answering service to get the code for the lock box to obtain your unit keys.

What time is Check-in / Check out?Our weeks run Friday to Friday, and check-in is at 5 pm. Check out is 11am.
