Pointe on the Bay offers our guests an on-site boat ramp, boat dockage along the canal, boat trailer parking and a fishing pier, and an outdoor pool. The resort is pet friendly, offering a grassy area to walk your pet. Pet fee is $125 for the first two pets, $75 for each additional pet.

“I love coming to this place so much that I have bought 2 more weeks. The view of the bay is so calming. Only 2 blocks to the beach. Best of both the bay and beach. Close to the boardwalk, restaurants and miniature golf.
Have seen them fully replace the kitchens and furniture both living room seating and bedroom mattresses which are very comfortable.
We spend most of our time at the pool.”

"When I first open the door to the condo I saw the bay. I was so thankful I would have a view of the bay. As I walked from room to room all the rooms had a view of the bay even the kitchen. I woke up each morning and looked at the specular view of the bay. The 3-bedroom condo was very spacious with a huge breakfast bar to sit and eat breakfast. HBO actually worked with good internet service. Free parking was right out front of the building. My only complaint would be the fireplace was not functional which air flowed into the living room and the carpet needed a little TLC. I would return to this property again during the winter months in the future. Condo #401"
